MBL now offers customer test trials for the new Drum Crusher using your own material under real production conditions.
Solidified raw materials stored in drums can make emptying difficult or even impossible. The MBL Drum Crusher is designed to solve exactly this challenge. Four hydraulic cylinders apply controlled pressure from all sides to break up solidified material without damaging the drum itself.
For particularly difficult applications, an integrated turntable enables step-by-step pressing from every direction. Automatic drum infeed and outfeed as well as a viewing window for visual process monitoring ensure safe and convenient operation.
To demonstrate the performance of the Drum Crusher under realistic conditions, MBL now offers individual customer test trials.
We are happy to use your original drums and your own product, allowing you to evaluate the crushing process with authentic production material and verify the results before making an investment.
