GMP container and small parts cleaning system for pharmaceutical company in Korea

The special feature of this project was that two 1-chamber washing systems were built next to each other for self-sufficient cGMP-compliant cleaning. The system was designed for cleaning and drying containers including all accessories such as clamping rings. These are two single-door small-chamber washers, with the door opening on the side in each case. A transport system using barcode scanning determines the container position and directs it to the buffer station if necessary. The GMP container and small parts cleaning system are designed to be loaded using mobile lifters or AGVs. The project was rounded off with the delivery of the mobile lifters designed by us.
