GMP container and small parts cleaning system for biotech and pharmaceutical company in Germany

The special feature of this project was that GMP-compliant cleaning was to be carried out only with ultrapure water without the addition of detergents. The plant was designed for cleaning and drying containers as well as production equipment. This is a single-door, small-chamber washing system with the door opening at the side and the wash load receptacle planned to be retractable. The GMP container and small parts cleaning system is designed so that it can be loaded using mobile lifters. The project was rounded off with the delivery of the mobile lifters designed by us.
