Our systems are characterised by dead space-free designs, self-draining systems and a pipework gradient of at least 3 %. At the end of the cleaning process, our PPW system is just as clean as the cleaned product – and vice versa.
3. Ergonomic and safe door design
Our double-glazed doors offer maximum safety and convenience thanks to pneumatically pressure-monitored, maintenance-free seals that are actively blown off before the door is opened. The seals are not glued in, are easy to replace and maintenance-free.

Rotating wash arms, monitored functionality and recipe-controlled pump pressures guarantee perfect internal and external cleaning.
5. High-performance drying system
With an air flow of up to 350 m³/h, pre- and HEPA H13 filtration and differential pressure monitoring, we ensure complete drying, even with complex cleaning items.

Customised wash item carriers guarantee targeted cleaning of the wash items, as the items are placed in the correct position. We use attachable modules, which allows great flexibility in the loading of wash items. The modular concept minimises the cost of procuring wash item carriers. Using a 3D scan of your small parts, we design an optimum solution for efficient and residue-free cleaning. You can continue to use existing carrier systems thanks to our corresponding adapter solutions.

Our integrated software solution ensures simple control and operation. It enables effective recipe management via HMI. The recipe is optimised for the wash ware to be cleaned. Optionally available with audit trail.

Our scalable systems can be adapted to various user requirements, from stand-alone applications to bidirectional data exchange via a higher-level MES or for documentation (batch report – OPC UA).
